Our services and prices
We advise on buying and selling used cars: listing checks, physical inspection, complete buying help and selling help. What each service includes is described on the page where you order it.
We don't broker loans or insurance and don't advise on specific loans or insurance policies. Our loan calculator is a free tool you can use yourself.
All prices are fixed and in Danish kroner incl. VAT. Driving to the car is included.
Independence
We never take commission from sellers, dealers, banks or anyone else. We are only paid by you, so our advice is honest.
How the agreement is made
When you book on the site, you send a request. We call you to confirm the time and content. The agreement is made when we have confirmed it, and you receive the confirmation and these terms by email.
If you pay straight away on the site, the agreement is made when the payment has gone through.
Payment
You pay by card or MobilePay. When you book, you only pay once we have confirmed the time. We don't store your card details. Payment is handled by our payment provider.
Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the agreement is made.
If you want us to start within the 14 days, for example with an inspection tomorrow, you need to ask for it. You do this by ticking the box when you book or pay. Then:
- Once the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal has ended.
- If you withdraw before we have started, you get all your money back.
- If you withdraw after we have started, you pay for the part we have already performed.
A service is fully performed when:
- Listing check: you have received our assessment of the cars.
- Physical inspection: the inspection has been carried out at the car.
- Complete buying help: you have bought the car, or the process has ended.
- Selling help: you have received the price, photos and a finished listing.
If you withdraw from complete buying help along the way, you pay for the parts we have performed at our normal prices: DKK 999 once you have received the listing check of the 3 cars, and DKK 1,999 once the inspection has been done. You never pay more than the price of complete buying help.
To withdraw, write to us or call before the deadline. You can use the form at the bottom, but you don't have to. We refund you no later than 14 days after receiving your message, using the same payment method you used.
If you can't make the agreed time
Cancelling or moving the time is free as long as you let us know before the agreed time. Call or write, and we'll find a new time.
If you don't show up and haven't cancelled, it costs DKK 299. This covers our driving and the time we set aside for you.
What an inspection can and can't do
We check the car thoroughly with PC diagnostics, an inspection and a test drive, and we tell you honestly what we find. An inspection can't find every fault, though. Faults that appear later, or that can only be seen by taking the car apart, are beyond what we can see. Our advice is an assessment, and you decide whether to buy the car.
We are liable under the general rules of Danish law.
Peace-of-mind guarantee
The peace-of-mind guarantee applies to physical inspection and complete buying help.
- If the inspection shows faults so we advise against buying the car, we check one new car for you at no extra cost. With complete buying help, we also find the new car.
- The guarantee applies once per agreement.
- The guarantee only applies at the inspection. Faults that show up after you have bought the car are not covered. If you buy from a dealer, you have the right to complain to the dealer.
- The guarantee doesn't cover repairs to the car or compensation.
The guarantee is in addition to your legal rights and doesn't limit them.
Complaints about our service
If you're not happy with our service, contact us within a reasonable time after you notice the problem. You have your rights under the general rules of Danish law.
Where to complain
Contact us first, and we can usually find a solution. If we can't agree, you can complain to the Centre for Complaint Resolution at Nævnenes Hus.
Governing law
The agreement is governed by Danish law.
Standard withdrawal form
Only fill in and send this form if you want to withdraw from the agreement. You can also just say so in an email.
